Position responsibility:
Position responsibility:
- Tracking the latest progress of cloud operations technologies, collecting information about relevant industry, and capable of taking advantages of most recent technologies in promoting the organization to achieve its business objectives
- Leading the technical deep dive activities on core cloud operation technologies from Internet companies, IT companies, and equipment vendors, making strategic technology planning, and identifying the global layout and the corresponding constructing strategies of five-year core technologies
- Taking full leadership in key technical projects in the areas of cloud operations, creating breakthroughs, and improving the efficiency of cloud operations to the level of industrial leaders

| Basic Requirements | Education background | B.Sc./M.Sc.in computer science, engineering science, software engineering or similar relevant discipline. |
| Work experience | A minimum 5 years experiences with cloud data center construction or operations, or a minimum 10 years experiences with traditional data center constructions or operations | |

| Professional Knowledge | Professional knowledge | • In-depth knowledge on mainstream virtualization and cloud computing technologies and solutions (such as VMware’s and The Client’s) and open source products such as Openstack and Docker, with deep understanding on the current status of the future of cloud computing • Knowledge on networks, storage, and servers, and their operations |
| Key Skillset | Professional skills | • Experiences with design of operation software systems such as alarm, performance, log and data analysis; familiar with the operations systems of mainstream Internet companies and IT companies • Demonstrated experiences in designing operation systems for large-scale data centers |
